Zeiss demonstration of their widefield microscopes including the Axio Observer 7

- (part of a series)

Location: 007 Galvin

Life sciences research calls for reproducible data from a whole range of samples in a variety of conditions. ZEISS Axio Observer is your stable inverse platform for demanding multimodal imaging of living and fixed specimens, giving you:

  • Ensured flexibility for technologies ranging from widefield to gentle super-resolution imaging

  • Unique guidance through your experiments – from sample placement to selecting the perfect imaging modalities

  • Increased efficiency thanks to a high degree of automation, economic light sources, and highest spectral flexibility

The NDIIF will be hosting a demo system in the 007 Suite of Galvin Hall.  This is an incredible opportunity for our researchers to get their hands on this type of technology to test it out.  We encourage the imaging community to work with us to determine what the next system is that we are able to provide on our campus.

An informational seminar will precede the instrument demo on May 4th from 10-11 in Galvin Hall, room 115B. Refreshments will be served. Please contact Sara Cole scole7@nd.edu for more details and to schedule your spot on this instrument.
