Software Analysis - IMARIS
IMARIS software can be used for image presentation and/or data analysis from a variety of commercial fluorescence microscopy image file formats. IMARIS is well suited to handle large 3 and 4 dimensional data sets. This software package includes deconvolution, colocalization, cell, filament tracer, object tracking, stitching, and batch analsyis processing.
